Fusion cooking : Hummus and Harabhara Rice Bondas

My tryst with healthy cooking and healthy eating. Hummus, coriander and mint chutney with green chillies and lemon. Chickpea curry and “Harabhara” Rice Bondas.

When Indian meets Middle Eastern. This is one of my attempts at fusion cooking, which expresses my love for rice and chickpeas so well.

My Hummus and “Harabhara” rice “bondas”….By the way, how do my newly acquired leaf-shaped plates look? So green and cool, right?

“Harabhara” Rice Bondas – fried rice balls with chickpeas, rice flour, potatoes, green chillies, coriander and mint leaves. (“Harabhara” means “filled with greens”).

Hummus – made of chickpeas, coriander, mint, garlic, onions, turmeric, green chillies and ground spices, with a hint of lemon.
