Parties are a great way to have fun while sharing the products!
These templates contain sample verbiage as well as the graphics. You will likely have to update images to be current products, but once you have a party template that works for YOU, then you can create new versions over and over starting with your own! These will help you get started though!
HOSTESS COACHING – This template provides graphics and sample verbiage for hostess coaching for a one-hour party format.
DIGITAL HOSTESS PACK – This template provides you with a digital hostess pack to send to your hostess to help her have a successful party. Update it with her party information, the current hostess and customer specials, etc. You may need to grab an updated Harmony Heroes map from the Sneak Peek group.
BASIC PARTY – This is my original party template that I used for over a year and worked well. Posts are made every 5 minutes, and I include a placeholder for where you would do your live video portion of the party.
PARTY IN A LINK (VERTICAL VIEW) – This format is perfect for your hostesses that do not want a whole online party and just want to share a link with their friends. Make sure you update ALL the hyperlinks in this template as they currently point to ME. You do not want that. 😉 Once you are satisfied with the updates, you will choose the Share –> Website option in Canva. Copy the hyperlink that is in the browser when it opens in another window. THAT will be the link that your hostess will share. If you use something like bitly or pretty links, you can make this link easier to share, but sharing this one works too.
GROUP / EVENT HEADER GRAPHICS – These are also shared on the Canva Templates page but is a great place to start with for creating your group or event header images. Change up the fonts to fit your brand and personality! Adjust colors. The options are limitless!
Harmony Heroes Party Guides
Monthly Party Guides + Scripts are now given as part of the Harmony Heroes Monthly Team Meetings. Make sure you attend those meetings, typically the last Sunday of the month @ 6pm EST, to get the latest party scripts and graphics.
