Think ‘baby steps,’ not ‘Olympic leaps.’ Celebrate each minuscule victory and watch as they accumulate into significant achievements. Those little wins add up! I always recommend adding one thing at a time. Find an established routine where you can easily add that one new thing, and stack those habits together!

3. Rise and Slay: ☀️ Set a specific habit time and make it non-negotiable, even if it means waking up before sunrise. There’s something magical about conquering your habits when the world is still asleep. Rise and slay your goals! I started waking up thirty minutes earlier, and being intentional with my morning time to get a solid hour of work done on my business before I had to start my day job. This allows me to have more time with the family in the afternoons and evenings since I’m able to get things out of the way earlier. PLUS it feels GOOD to start off the day being productive!

Treat yourself to something you love when you achieve a habit – it’s like giving yourself a gold star for being awesome. Keeping your habit tracking visible makes it easy for you to see when it’s time to celebrate! Go ahead and mark those reward levels so you remember to celebrate when you get there!
