Holiday Crafts for Chaos Coordinators
Do you feel like you don’t have enough time to make crafts this holiday season? ME TOO! But let me tell you, with these easy peasy options, you can get your craft on without it taking all day! When it comes to making the most of the festive season, holiday crafts are a wonderful way to add a personal touch to your celebrations. In this post, we’ll explore creative and fun holiday crafts that will bring joy to your home and provide memorable activities for you and your loved ones. Whether you’re looking for DIY decorations, homemade gifts, or festive activities, these holiday crafts will inspire you to infuse your celebrations with creativity and cheer.
First up, consider creating your own holiday greeting cards and gift tags this season!
Whether you celebrate Hanukkah or Christmas, we have card kits to make your card creations take just 10-15 minutes! All you need to add is craft tape or glue from your favorite craft store! Each of our holiday card kits comes with:
- 9 pre-scored cards, ready to be decorated
- 9 double-sided decorative pages
- 9 die-cuts
- 9 sentiment stickers
- 9 envelopes
- additional decorative items (bows, sparkles, buttons and more!)!
Step up your craftiness with a little decoupage!
Don’t let that fancy word scare you away! (Seriously, I had to look it up to make sure I spelled it correctly.) It’s just a fancy way of saying craft glue. 😉 Here are my easy steps for creating your own home decor this holiday season!
- Visit your favorite craft store and snag some ready-to-decorate decor items. (I grabbed all of these at Hobby Lobby…on sale, of course.)
- While you’re there, pick up a bottle of mod podge and some sponge brushes. Oh, and an x-acto knife.
- Grab your favorite deco kit from me! (I do keep some in stock, so if you need it quickly, email me at teresa@theblendedmama.com to see what I have on hand!)
- Once you’ve got your supplies, apply the mod podge to the area where you are going to apply your deco paper.
- Use the x-acto knife (or a nail file) to clean up the edges.
- Continue until your piece is complete!
- Add another layer (or two) of mod podge on top of your finished piece to seal it. Let dry and find the perfect place in your home for it!

Once you’ve gotten your craft on, I’d love for you to post pics in our Chaos Coordinator Community!
Before you go, tell me what craft you are going to attempt this holiday season.
